The regular meeting of the Riggins URA was called to order by Chairman and Board Member Robert Crump. Other Board members present were Roy Akin, Larry Barnard, Carolyn Friend, Glenna McClure and Norm Klobetanz.
The minutes of the previous meeting were presented. Board members were polled and all confirmed that they had read the minutes. A correction of the spelling from “Caroline” to “Carolyn” was made, and there were no other corrections or additions offered so the minutes were approved as corrected.
The financial statement was read detailing a February 28, 2010 balance of $2647.69, with March Idaho County tax receipts of $1000.70, and -0- disbursements, leaving a balance of $3648.39, plus $8975.88 in the Sewer Obligation Reserve as of March 31, 2010. After discussion, motion was made by Barnard, seconded by Akin, to approve the financial statement and pay the following: John Austin, $425 for help with the Plan Extension; $150.00 to the City for April administration, $880 plus interest to Browns Industries to pay off the White Water Park Study OPA; and to transfer $650 to the Sewer Obligation Reserve. Voting yea, Akins, Barnard, Crump, Friend, Klobetanz and McClure. No nays, motion carried.
Chairman Crump reported that REP and the White Water Committee was waiting for the NezPerce Tribe comments concerning bank restoration and weed free straw, to be added to the permit application.
REP’s payment request for $2783 for payment of Element #4 $2200 Meetings plus $583 expense was reviewed. Motion was made by McClure, seconded by Friend, to recommend that the City Council make that payment. Voting yea, Akin, Barnard, Crump, Friend, McClure and Klobetanz. No nays, motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00pm.
