The regular meeting of the Riggins Urban Renewal Agency was called to order by Board Member and Chairman Robert Crump. Board members present included Caroline Friend, Norm Klobetanz, Larry Barnard, Glenna McClure and Roy Akins.
The minutes of the previous meeting were presented. Board members were individually polled and all confirmed that they had read the minutes. There was a correction made on the date of the sewer obligation of 2010 not 2009. There were no additions offered and the minutes were approved as presented with the correction. The financial statement was presented detailing February revenue and expenditures, with a balance of $2,647.69 as of 2/28/2010. Sewer Obligation Reserve balance of $8,974.50 as of 2/28/2010. Motion was made by Barnard and seconded by Klobetanz to approve the financial statement. Voting yea, Akins, McClure, Friend, Barnard, Crump, Klobetanz. No nays. A copy of the financial statement is attached and hereby made a part of this record.
Chairman Crump would like to check on a payment to John Austin.
Whitewater Park update: Devon Barker worked with Robert Crump and Gary Lacey and answered questions the meeting for application. It was brought up that we should include using things such as weed free hay bales in our design application.
Little Salmon River Bridge Project Update: Mike Baron the Project Engineer wants to know what we want the bridge to look like when completed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
