The regular meeting of the Riggins Urban Renewal Agency was called to order by Board member and Chairman Robert Crump. Board members present included Tom Anderson, Glenna McClure, Caroline Friend, Larry Barnard and Norm Klobetanz.
The minutes of the previous meeting were presented. Board members were individually polled and all confirmed that they had read the minutes. There were no corrections or additions offered and the minutes were approved as presented. The financial statement was presented detailing February revenue and expenditures, with a balance of $1,538.75 as of 2-29-09. Motion was made by Anderson and seconded by Friend to approve the financial statement. Voting yea, Anderson, Crump, Friend, Klobetanz and McClure. No nays. A copy of the financial statement is attached and hereby made a part of this record.
Crump made a motion to pay $1,250.00 + interest to Brown’s Industries. Barnard seconds. Voting yea, Barnard, Crump, Anderson, Friend, McClure and Klobetanz. No nays.
Crump asked deputy city clerk to resend the information on the April 9th meeting to all members of the URA Board.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
