October 14, 2014 – 6:30 p.m.

 The regular meeting of the Riggins Urban Renewal Agency was called to order by Board Member Roy Akins.  Other Board members present were Matt Sinclair, Carolyn Friend and Jonny Wilson.  Board Chairperson, Glenna McClure, and Board Member, Gary Miller, were absent.  The minutes of the previous meeting were presented and members individually polled, all agreeing they had reviewed the minutes.   

FINANCIAL STATEMENT:  The financial statement was read detailing the 06/30/14 cash balance of $2,344.21, with $4,871.81 in receipts, and $1,776.83 in disbursements, leaving cash balance of $5,439.19 as of 9/30/14.  Cash in Sewer Obligation Reserve showed a beginning balance of $7,005.24; interest of $2.41, a deposit of $1,500.00, leaving an ending balance of $8,507.65.  Wilson made a motion to approve the previous meeting minutes and the Financial Statement; seconded by Friend; voting yea Friend, Sinclair, Wilson and Akins.  No nays, motion carried.

DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS:  At this time, motion was made by Friend to contribute $3,000.00 to the Sewer Obligation Reserve; to pay $225 for October through December 2014 Administration; and to pay $50 for FY15 Membership dues to the Redevelopment Association of Idaho, leaving a balance of $2,164.19 in the checking account.  Motion was seconded by Wilson; voting yea, Friend, Wilson, Akins and Sinclair.  No nays, motion carried. 


Clerk reported that she had received a call from Ryker Parmenter at Cloninger’s inquiring about the number of hookups that have been paid on Cloninger’s empty lot.  Clerk advised him that there were 3 sewer hookups paid in 2006.
