AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO AMENDING SECTION IV OF ORDINANCE NO. 122; PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN APPLICATION AND CONNECTION FEES ACCORDING TO THE SIZE OF THE WATER METER; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO:
ONE: That Section IV of Ordinance No. 122 of the City of Riggins, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION IV. CONNECTION OF WATER, APPLICATION FEES: Any owner or agent desiring to have premise connection with the water system of the City shall make application to the Clerk and at the time pay such Clerk an installation or connection fee as follows:
5/8” - ¾” Meter/Pipe - $1500.00 Plus the labor and material costs for installation
1” Meter/Pipe - $ 1700.00 Plus the labor and material costs for installation
Larger than 1” Meter/Pipe - $ 1700.00 Plus $200 per each ½” size increment above 1”
Plus the labor and material costs for installation
T TWO: All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and that the remainder of said ordinance shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified in all respects.
THREE: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval and publication in the Idaho County Free Press.
