AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF RETAIL SALE OF WINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 156 SESSION LAWS, FIRST REGULAR SESSION FORTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE, STATE OF IDAHO; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DAT, AND ITS PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO;
Section 1. LICENSE REQUIRED: It shall be unlawful for any person to sell wine at retail within the corporate limits of the City after having first procured a license therefor.
Section 2. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE: Application for license shall be in writing, signed and sworn to be the applicant upon application forms furnished by the Clerk. Such application shall be filed by the Clerk and presented to the Mayor and Council at the next meeting of the Council for their approval, rejection, or further consideration.
Section 3. LICENSE FEE: The license fee imposed and collected shall be the sum of $50.00 per year.
Section 4. ISSUANCE OF LICENSE: Upon filing the application for a license and by the payment of the required license fee, the Clerk shall upon approval of the Council, issue to the applicant a license to sell wine at retail within the Municipality for such calendar year or the remainder thereof.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect the 6th day of July, 1971.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall be published in one issue of the Idaho County Free Press.
