AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO, EXTENDING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF TO INCLUDE AREAS NORTH EAST, SOUTH AND WEST OF THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS, REDEFINING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO:
Section 1 The boundaries of the City of Riggins, Idaho, be and the same are hereby extended to include areas from the present city limits to the northern boundaries of Idaho County Tax Numbers 65, 225 and 132.
Section 2. The boundaries of the City of Riggins, Idaho, be and the same are hereby extended to include areas from the present city limits to the eastern boundary of Idaho County Tax Number 62.
Section 3. The boundaries of the City of Riggins, Idaho be and the same are hereby extended to include areas from the present city limits to Squaw Creek and the southern boundaries of Idaho County Tax Numbers 145.
Section 4. The boundaries of the City of Riggins, Idaho, be and the same are hereby extended to include areas from the present city limits to the western boundaries of Idaho County Tax Numbers 125, 208, 207 and 214.
Section 5. The corporate limits of the City of Riggins be and the same are hereby redefined as displayed in Exhibit 1, and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Section corner common to Sections 10,11, 14 and 15 of Township 24 North, Range 1 East of the Boise Meridian, thence west along the Section line common to Sections 10 and 15, 525 feet more or less to the true point of beginning
