NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ANNEXATION
Notice is hereby given that the Riggins City Council will hold a public hearing at their regular December City Council meeting held at 7:00pm, December 11, 2006, at the Riggins City Hall, 126 N. US#95, Riggins, Idaho, to consider the annexation of all properties currently receiving city water or sewer service.
All citizens are invited to attend to offer public comment on the proposed annexation. To answer and address questions raised by various property owners, an annexation information fact sheet has been prepared and is available for review at the Riggins City Hall or on the Riggins City website www.rigginsidaho.org.
At the time and place noted above, all persons interested in the above matter may appear and be heard. Written comments will also be accepted. Individuals that will require special assistance to accommodate physical, vision, hearing or other impairments, please contact the Riggins City Hall at (208) 628-3394, three (3) days prior to the public hearing so that arrangements can be made.
