ORDINANCE # 169

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 165 OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS; PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE IN THE CURRENT RATE FOR IRRIGATION WATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES;  AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE  AND THE PUBLICATION THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIGGINS, IDAHO:

            Section l.  That Section l of Ordinance N. 165 of the City of Riggins, Idaho be and hereby is amended to provide as follows:

            SECTION 1X, RATES

3.      Irrigation Rates:

                              $37.50 per 50X100 Lot, per year, or

                              $45.00 per acre per year

            Section 2.  All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and that the remainder of said ordinance shall remain in full force and effect and is hereby ratified in all respects. 

            Section 3.   This ordinance shall take effect October 1, 2006, upon its passage, approval and publication in the Idaho County Free Press.
